This workshop is for leaders in the Alliance who want to strengthen their member organization's capacity to act on its values and build power to make change for the common good. We will focus on how to build a team that has shared skills, vision, and practices that are rooted in relational community organizing. 

As a broad-based organization our power to fight for the common good comes from the strength of our member organizations. Each congregation, union, and communtiy group adds its own power to build our collective capacity. We are only as strong as our members are strong. That is why we are offering this workshop for leaders to strengthen their member organization to act on its own goals and our collective vision.
