Strategy Team
Document Actions
The Strategy Team is the primary decision making body of the Spokane Alliance, and is comprised of two voting delegates and one alternate from each member institution.
The Team is responsible for:
- Maintaining communication and engagement with all member institutions
- Overseeing the issue development work of the Research-Action Teams
- Coordinating, approving and, at times, leading the Alliance’s issue campaigns
- Making budget, staffing and administrative decisions – providing
support & direction to finance, fundraising and personnel
committees
