Members of the Spokane Alliance, including the HEART team, have worked tirelessly for months to get the housing levy, 1590, on City Council's agenda to be voted on. 1590 is a bill that would increase Spokane's sales tax by 0.1% and generate $6M a year for 20 years to fund very necessary affordable housing in our city. With our collective power and action, City Council has decided to officially vote on 1590 on November 30th! 

We want to host a space for members of the Spokane Alliance to be in solidarity with one another as we listen in on City Council, rejoice in our collective power and hear stories from our members on the impact they have been making in our community. This will be a very special night and hopefully a victorious one. Please show your support for funding affordable housing in Spokane!
