Moving from what we have heard in table talks, we created the Housing Equity Research Action Team. We are working on concrete, specific and winnable proposals to all things housing.  

The Spokane Municipal Code will now reflect the Spokane Alliance Housing Equity Action Research Team's (HEART) effort to advocate for, protect, and utilize our local housing level! Formerly known as the HB1590 Fund, this important source of local funding will now be called the HEART Fund.
